These Terms of Service apply to orders placed on allblooms.ie for flowers, arrangements and greeting cards, for delivery within Dublin or collection in store. They are written for sales to consumers in the Republic of Ireland.

Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because flowers are seasonal and fast-moving, not every stem, colour, wrapping or container is always available. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery details are incomplete or outside our delivery area, there is an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment has been taken, we refund the amount paid to your original payment method without undue delay.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe through its hosted checkout page; we do not store your card details. By placing an order, you confirm that it carries an obligation to pay.
Delivery and collection
We deliver only within the Dublin areas shown on our website, by Eircode zone. Delivery availability, charges, dates and timeslots are shown at checkout. We take reasonable care to meet your chosen date and timeslot, but delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed timed delivery.
If no one is available to accept a delivery, we may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate, or contact you or the recipient to arrange redelivery or collection. For store collection, please collect within the window confirmed in your order.
Substitutions
Flowers and foliage are seasonal and availability can change at short notice. Where necessary, we may substitute particular stems, colours, wrapping or containers, keeping the overall style, colour and value as close as reasonably possible to your order, and any substitution will be of equal or greater value. Product photographs are a guide; each arrangement is hand-made and some natural variation is normal.
Cancellations and refunds
Fresh flowers are perishable and some items are personalised to your instructions (for example, a custom card message). For that reason, the usual 14-day “change of mind” cancellation right that applies to many online purchases does not normally apply to these orders, in line with the legal exceptions for perishable and clearly personalised goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details, and we will put it right.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@allblooms.ie or +353 1 298 1995. If you contact us before we have started preparing your order, we will give you a full refund. Once a fresh or personalised order has been prepared or dispatched, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible because of the nature of the goods.
Recipient details and gift messages
You are responsible for giving accurate recipient details, delivery instructions and card text, and we may rely on the details you provide. We may decline card messages or notes that are unlawful, offensive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate. We use recipient data only to fulfil your order, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@allblooms.ie or +353 1 298 1995 with your order number, name, the delivery or collection date, and details of the issue. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. The European Commission’s former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Irish consumer law, including your rights where goods are not in conformity with the contract. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, traffic disruption, supplier shortages or network outages). We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address or Eircode details, inaccessible premises, or the absence or refusal of the recipient, where we have followed the details provided with the order.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future orders by posting a revised version here. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under Irish law.
